RANDOM FACTS

Random Facts is the new section of my blog. Here you will find a tidbit (trivia) if you will about a movie, a play, a television show and most any form of media.  A lot of what you will find here is just my being inquisitive and critical about everything. I feel that we should be critical of everything and quick to research and find out the truth about things whether important or not.  In Random Facts you will be saying to yourself, "Why didn't I think about that?"

THE THOUGHT

My television was on. I was not watching it. I don't watch much. There I said it. I don't want to become consumed or tainted. I have my shows, the ones that women write, direct and produce.  Okay, so my television is on.  I usually keep the volume on mute until I see something that inspires me to turn it up.  Seriously, I am like that, I don't know why. But...

Boys in the Hood was showing and I got to thinking.  Cuba Gooding is not much younger than Lawrence Fishburn but yet Fishburn is playing his dad.

FACT:

Boys in the Hood was released in 1991 which would have made Fishburn 30 and Gooding 24.
